Sold by Vinyl Record Dude. Condition: Used: Very Good out of 5 stars Laminar Flow - Roy Orbison. Reviewed in the United States on January 10, it doesn't go well. The LP's biggest "hit" was its lead single, "Easy Way Out" ("Lay It Down" was the second and went nowhere), which crested at # (below the Billboard Hot ) and /5(15).

Roy Orbison Laminar Flow on Collectors' Choice Music As it turned out, this Asylum LP was Roy’s last studio album of new solo material. He sings his heartfelt tribute to Elvis, 'Hound Dog Man,' the singl.

The album Laminar Flow comes in arguably (no, hands down) the most glorious cover photo ever taken. Everything about it reeks of awesome: Roy’s tough guy pose, hands firmly on hips, and oh-so-badass leather jacket are perfectly juxtaposed by his friendly, self-assured smile and round, lovable face.

As it turned out, this Asylum LP was Roy’s last studio album of new solo material. He sings his heartfelt tribute to Elvis, "Hound Dog Man," the singles "Easy Way Out" and the country-rock-flavored "Poor Baby" (ooh, his falsetto on that one); "Movin’," "I Care" and more.
